Each team will benefit from a designated project manager, SWE registered quality assurance manager, a full back office and compliance function. We have a proven track record working with numerous local authorities throughout the UK. We are able to provide direct referees for you to discuss our services prior to engagement. 

We fully understand the importance of weekly reporting of relevant KPI’s and the need for excellent working relationships with both internal and external partners is pivotal. Project closure will include reviewing KPI’s, relevant outcomes and identifying areas of learning for improvement.
