I joined Flex360 about 3 months ago now and all I can say is that the journey has been amazing so far. The process of the interview and job confirmation was very quick.

I feel there is a personal touch which you do not get at other agencies, there is contact from the agency itself which is useful and on this assignment we were offered training opportunities which is not something all agencies are able to provide in their arrangements with Local Authorities.

The staff are approachable, easy to reach, and supportive.
Appreciate our work and show us respect. Being transparent and able tp negotiate flexible working schedule for us. Provide regular learning and development opportunities.

This was my first experience doing project work. The guidance given during induction was very helpful in supporting me as a social worker. Managers at Flex360, including senior, are approachable and they take time to speak to social workers. Remuneration is good which makes one feel valued.

The Flex360 Team go above and beyond for you to help make your experience and time with them a success.  The personal and human-touch approach will always win for me.  They know my name, they know who I am and I genuinely feel like they care about me and take a vested interest in my professional development and work/life balance.  
Micromanagement does not exist.  The management are there if you need them, and you can rely on them to support and advocate for you if you need them to, but they give you the space to develop and embed practices that will assist you and your individual teams.
