We provide managed teams and undertake a variety of assessments for local authorities, private organisations and charities throughout the UK to support children and families needs. We firmly believe in supporting families by undertaking thorough child-centred, holistic assessments.  Our aim is to support our clients in providing positive outcomes for children and their families by relieving pressure on existing social work staff and bolstering current resource shortages by adding capacity in the form of managed teams and/or independent social workers.

  There is no minimum requirement. We can undertake one-off assessments/visits, extensive backlogs, cohorts of work or fill service gaps with managed teams.

• PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
  Prior to commencing work we will agree on how to proceed; which templates you prefer and any individualised requirement you may have. We have a full suite of referral and assessment templates which we can utilise or tailor to your specific needs. Alternatively, we are happy to use our clients resources. We can commence work at any stage in proceedings.
