Flex360 met with the senior leadership team mid-2022 to discuss their need to add additional flexible capacity to their existing workforce. They explained that the London Borough Merton were experiencing capacity challenges within its existing workforce and needed additional resource to tackle their current backlog covering adult assessments and the current waiting list for Occupational Therapy Assessments. Due to this they required a partner organisation who had access to both experienced qualified social workers and occupational therapists to help reduce their backlog and provide an ongoing back up service that was flexible in its approach.
